About Me

Hi, I’m Trinity Barnette—a writer, activist, and criminal justice major with a passion for education, legal reform, and storytelling that cuts deep.

I launched Raw Reflections as a way to reclaim my voice. What began as a space to unpack the harm I faced in online sex work evolved into a full-scale platform where I analyze trials, break down legal processes, share personal essays, and call out the culture that enables silence and suffering.

I write for women, survivors, overthinkers, truth seekers, and anyone who’s tired of fake smiles and surface-level talk. Whether I’m breaking down a news headline or telling my own story, my mission is the same: say what others won’t. Create space for what matters.

This blog is where rage meets research. If you’re here, I hope you find the words you didn’t know you needed.

“I don’t want to be perfect. I want to be real.”
